"Master Your Body" for me is an Abstract idea, which is to do with gaining control of my body and being able to move as i please. For me Calisthenics is a great way to accomplish this. Calisthenics in essence is simply body-weight exercises using your own gravity as resistance – no weights & no machines. The ancient Greeks where already practising Calisthenics thousands of years ago. Today Calisthenics exercises becoming more and more popular.
