#100 - Prevention is better than cure

We live in a world, where most people live by the motto, “if it isn’t broken it does not need fixing”. With this mentality, it makes sense to eat fast food and just because you didn’t have any fast health problems like a heart attack, it is okay to keep it eating it. However, if you use logic, reason, and follow the thread or pattern long enough, you can see how some things may be working fine now. But in the future, they will compound and cause massive pain and adversity.


World Health Organisation estimates that at least 2.8 million people currently die annually from conditions strongly linked to overweight and obesity, such as coronary heart disease, stroke, and diabetes. People are dying a slow death by fast food due to their failure in judgement. Fast food is only one example.


As prevention is better than cure, I have a new motto for you. If you can see It is, going to break. “Fix it before it breaks”. The simple difference between the two mentalities is that one is reactive and other is proactive
