#117 - fear means be ready

when we are in fear  

we turn to somebody else 

We look to others for help 

In fear we give our power away 

 in hope the person would help you survive  

 do not fear, fear is bondage 

The Emotion of fear is necessary 

Emotion of fear helps to act during life & death situation

fear is councillor not a jailer  

fear means get prepared 

Be ready

be ready to face danger

danger is real

fear is not

fear happens within your mind & Body
